Eligibility for Returns: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us. All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Exchanges: We offer exchanges only for the same item if it is defective or damaged. If you need a different product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order separately.
